We Deliver Orders Overseas

Sexarena ships products throughout India as well as outside like Dubai, Netherlands, UAE, Nepal, South Africa, Bangladesh and more. For accepting international payments, we offer users to avail our Direct Bank Transfers. As far as the time period to ship products is concerned, it is a minimum 7 to 10 business days. The item we will order will be kept discreet and will be packed and shipped in standard boxes with no information written on them.

Our Order Delivery Payment Policies in India

In India, we take payments through mediums like Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Deposits, Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS , Paytm, Payumoney and more. In case of Cash on Delivery, one can shop up to Rs. 40,000, which is applicable in all major cities. Also, one can debit or credit cards to pay money online.

Apart from this, you can always visit www.sexarena.in and place the order directly. Even if you want to update details like area pin code, mobile number, order number or payment details, you can always do so. After your postal address and payment receipt are accepted, the order will be packaged. The order will get dispatched through our premium courier services as per the address stated by the customer. The time taken to deliver an order anywhere within India is 3 to 5 business days. Only in Delhi and Kolkata, the order will be delivered within 24 hours.

Report us within 48 hours for anything Inappropriate

A maximum time period of 48 hours is given to customers who receive wrong or inappropriate product. Under any circumstance, if he/she fails to inform within this timespan, the request for returning the order will be rejected.

We Replace Products and Do Not Refund

For any inappropriate or wrong product, the customer can forward a request for returning a product. However, no request for money refund will be accepted.

Damage by the user not to be Considered

If the parcel shipped is delivered without any damage but later damaged by the customer himself/herself, no return request will be taken. In this case, Sexarena will not be held responsible.
